Where did the Year Go!?

The boys each got to do something they love this month!
Evan did a local how-to commercial...

And Ryan got to compete!  He played in a soccer tournament with some of his best buddies!
It was their first time playing together!  They did awesome!  Won 2 and lost 1!

December means lights were aglow...

The tree was decorated...

And the stockings were hung by the chimney with care!

Our Elf, Jingle Buddy came back to keep watch...

He also had a little fun with his friend, Randall!

Ryan and Daddy won the championship in their first year playing/coaching kid pitch!

It was a great night for the whole family!  So proud of our Stars!!!

Evan finished his season of soccer!
He accepted his AWARD!

And Grandpa came to support Evan of course!

After the game, we took our annual trip to Flagstaff!!!

We went to the North Pole...

And saw Santa!!!

It was a ton of FUN!!!

We graduated from Elf College...

And wrote our letters to Santa!!!

Evan's made Mommy cry...what an awesome letter!

The next day we hit the slopes!!!

It was a great family day!!!

The boys outfits for their school's winter concert were a hit!

And so were their performances!!!
Ryan's and the 1st graders sang a song...

And so did Evan and the other 4th Graders!

Evan and his buddy Quinn had their Culminating Event before winter break!  They have been studying Ghost Towns and the history of Arizona for months!

In order to kick off break right, we set out to find the boys' tree!
We had to go to 2 lots to find it...

But we did...and it was worth it!
The next morning, it was time to hang the lights and ornaments!

It was a great choice...smelled really good!

On the 21st, it was Daddy's 37th birthday!

We went to dinner at ZTejas, then came home for presents and cake!

We couldn't head into Christmas Eve without baking cookies for Santa!!!

We also got to meet and hold Baby Jackson!!!
So thankful he is healthy and HOME!!!
Notice: Evan got his braces off!  Hooray!!!

With cookies laid out...

And reindeer food on the lawn...

It was time for stockings and Christmas Eve gifts!!!

Merry CHRISTmas to All...
And to All a Good Night!

We woke up to find..
Our big gift was a new iPad!!!
Thank you Mommy and Daddy!

All Christmas Day we relaxed, took our time opening gifts, and watched Christmas movies!

Then, on New Year's Eve, we threw our annual party at home!

Even the rain couldn't dampen the fun!

A few adjustments like moving the balloon arch and fire pits under coverings...

And it was time to party!

The Burger's Amore truck was a hit again this year!

Happy New Year Everyone!
We hope you all have a happy and healthy 2015!!!

Time for Thanks!

At the beginning of the month, I got to go to CA for Tiffany's Shower & dinner at Mastro's!

One night we went to watch a special needs baseball game!

They even let us announce the players names!

It was a ton of fun!!!

We tailgated one Saturday at Sun Devils Stadium...

It was a blast!

Ryan played so hard, he passed out!

Evan had a fun field trip with his classmates!  They toured some AZ Ghost Towns!
He took this amazing sunrise pic...among many other great ones!

His buddy Quinn enjoyed the trip as much as he did!

The Saturday before Thanksgiving, Erika and I...
and our team "The Mud Pies" ran the Rugged Maniac Race!

There were 29 obstacles to complete...

And a lot of mud to wade in!

It was a good time!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with friends and family!
We are so grateful for each other, our health, and the time we have to spend together!
As November passes, and we move on to December, we hope you are all as blessed as we are!

October Tricks and Treats!!!

October began with some tailgating in LA!!

Daddy christened his new trailer!

Freddy was tired from the drive and had issues with the DirecTV,
but he was a trooper and a great host!

The next day, we took a trip to Hollywood!

Evan got to meet the wax Jim Carrey!

And they both got to pose with Captain Jack!

That evening, we went to Descanso Gardens for an amazing pumpkin display!
It is a special place  to Mommy and Daddy because back in Dec of 2001,
Daddy proposed to Mommy in the rose garden there!

There was even Wizard of Oz themed display with the Emerald City!

The next day, we went to Universal!

Dracula let the boys keep their blood!  Phew!

To finish off our LA trip, we went to Knott's Berry Farm!

We got to ride a bunch of fun rides!

It was a great trip!  What a fun Fall Break!

Our home was built a decade ago, so we figured it was time to paint.  Halloween time was a perfect time to do it!  It made our house look spookier!

Evan decided to play soccer for a season!

This was a clip from his first game.

He was a go-getter!  Great job big boy!!!

One evening we paid a visit to Schnepf Farms...

We rode some rides...

And went on the spooky train!

It was hilarious to see how scared, but brave the boys were!

We also sat in the pumpkin patch...

And watched fireworks! It was a fun night!

The weekend before Halloween, we dressed as
Two Face and Michelangelo!

And went to a friend's pumpkin carving party!

Ryan carved a creepy face...

And Evan carved the cast of The Regular Show!

It's always a fun family tradition for us to "Boo" people in the Ranger!
Of course we followed through with it again this year!

We even play music to sing along to on the ride!

On Halloween in 1st grade, Ryan dressed as Spongebob...

And Evan had to pull off his Two Face costume without face paint in 4th...

On Halloween night, the boys chose for us to dress as characters from The Regular Show"...
Mordecai, Rigby, Skips, and Margret!

We went to the Aguilar Casa for a festive night...

Of passing out candy...

Trick o' Treating...

Crafts...and Fun!
We hope all of you had a Happy Halloween!
