End of School Year...Start to Summer!

Daddy warmed the pool enough to start swimming at the beginning of the month!

Ryguy always has a ball in his hand!

With their Birthday money, Evan chose to buy this morph suit...

And Ryan bought this one!

Evan made a green screen so he could create this movie of Ryan!

Evan booked a commercial for the Arizona Science Center!
His commercial will air on Cox for a year and possibly DirectTv  as well!

Ryan decided to use one of Freddy's bats in the cage!
It was heavy, but he did pretty well!

Before Mother's Day, Ryan's class had a special Mother's Day breakfast!

He made me so many sweet gifts for me!

On Mother's Day, the boys and Freddy had flowers delivered
while we were enjoying the day together!

Before school ended, the 5th Graders had a Moving Up Celebration!
They wrote a letter to their future self last year,
then told everyone what really happened in 5th Grade!

We can't believe our baby is a Middle Schooler already!

Speaking of Babies...
We finally found a place to donate all of the boys baby things!

It was hard to let it all go, but there will be a lot of needy families who will benefit!

My Dad came for a visit!
It was so great to see him!

The boys enjoyed visiting with him too!

USC came to town, so we went to the game!

It was Freddy and I's first baseball game together EVER!!!!

At the end of the month, Evan was hired to be in an IMAX movie!
It will be released in theaters in February of 2017!

This was one of the scenes.
The camera was only 1 of 3 in the world!

A great start to the summer so far...
ON TO JUNE!

Our Spring...

What's says spring more than baseball!?

Ryan had to dress up like an American Hero!

He chose Jackie Robinson!

We of course had to borrow a jersey!

No Dodger gear in the Sanchez House!  Ha ha!

After the Presentation,
he showed us the Powerpoint he created!
Great job Jackie!

For Spring Break we took a trip to Vegas!

Auntie Sarah came too!

That way we could have some kid time...

And some kid free time!

We saw the Terry Fator Show... he was amazing!

We also saw the Blue Man Group!

Evan was gifted a painting during the show!

On my birthday, I went to the spa and Freddy golfed!

It was a fun trip!

The Lakers came into town to play the Suns,
so we went to the game!
It just happened to be Kobe's last game in Phoenix!

Ryan calls him a "Ball Hog",

and we were gifted the seats by Suns personnel,

so we wore our Suns gear to the game!

The boys were even caught on the Dance Cam...

and the Suns won!

Evan's Grade went to Sky Harbor for a Field Trip!

We love Southwest Airlines!

A few days before Easter, we visited the Bunny...

Our silly boys even made the photographer laugh!

Easter Sunday we painted eggs...

And hung out together!

It was a beautiful day!

Unfortunately, Ryan sprained his ankle
playing soccer at school.
Because there was ligament damage,
he was out for 11 weeks!
He is doing so much better now!  Thankfully!

Our pool was in need of some repair,

so while it was drained,

Ryan used it as a skate park!

Our Evan...Funny AND Talented! ;)

My Lucky Charms on St Patty's Day!

One of Ryan's field trips this year was to a factory...

It was really neat to see how things are made!

Evan turned 11 on April 19th!

He got to bring donuts to class...

And I brought him his favorite lunch...

Then he opened gifts...

And finally got a PHONE!

For dinner he chose a local Peruvian Restaurant!

They let us bring in our own cake to round out the celebration!

Evan's birthday party was a few days later.

It started with a limo ride with friends...

To an Escape Room!
The boys did really well and had a great time!

Then it was off to Dave & Busters for dinner and games...

With prizes in hand it was time to drop everyone off at home.

The balloons made the limo a party in itself!

Evan had a great birthday!!!

One day when the Pirates were in town,

we went to Chase Field for BP!

It was quite the reunion!

Freddy hadn't seen the guys for 7 years!

It was also our first time to a ballpark since Freddy retired!

Evan's biggest field trip of the school year was to Prescott, Arizona!

The kids stayed at Friendly Pines Camp for 2 nights!

Evan takes after me!  These were pictures he took!

Or pics he had someone take of him!

He had a great time...

But we were SO EXCITED to have him home!

We can't believe spring is over and summer is almost upon us!  Enjoy yours!  We will!
